Personal Peace Program
Gary Craig advises you to make a list of all the bothersome memories, sayings, events, that you remember, as well as things that come up while tapping. Keep these in a journal, and add to them, anything else you remember at any time that is still bothering you, even if it seems silly, or small, because if you still feel a bit uneasy, sad, upset, resentful, or any other negative feeling, it is still affecting you.
Give each event a title as if it is a movie. For example: Worst Brother, Sad Day, Angry Father, Dog Died, Embarrassed, etc.
Give a rating (0-10) for each movie title, 0 being not feeling anything, and 10 being feeling awful.
Tap on 1-3 events a day, bringing each to 0. Also tap any aspects, or other stories related with the issue you are tapping, and add to the list any events or memories that come up.
Commit to tapping daily for 30-90 days. In doing so, you tap through 30 - 270 issues. In fact you have released much more than those issues, as in working on one issue till it reaches 0, we also release many other similar issues. Its like chopping down a huge tree in a forest and many other trees fall too. This is called Personal Peace Procedure, where by working on many of the stories, you reach peace within.
